In most workplaces, we don't get to choose our leader after we accept the job. That matters. The research is conclusive about the impact a poor leader has on culture and on the people who work for them.

Years of leading, teaching, mentoring and researching inform my practice working with individuals and organisations. My unique equine-based leadership workshops are a unique option for those wanting to focus on their ability to notice, manage their energy and communicate with intent.  Spend a morning or afternoon with me and my horses, and you'll be tested on real leadership skills: noticing small signals, managing your own energy and emotion to give clear direction, and translating what you learn working with "the team you have" (our horses) to the team you lead back at work. Places are limited.

Contact me for options about how I can work with you to improve leadership skills and decision-making for you or your organisation.
